She brings active listening and precise application of our teams’ knowledge base on revenue maximization and workflow optimizations for clinicians’ practice billing.
Beky is an expert at insurance credentialing and contracting with all Washington State payers, including Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare. She manages EHR system setups, including insurance billing configurations, documentation templating, and scheduling workflows adherent to clinicians’ preferences.
Beky brings several years of focused experience in mental health billing — including specialized work in the billing complexities of large group practices. She applies strategic knowledge to each practice she works with, treating every account as its own ecosystem with its own payer mix, priorities, and growth trajectory.
Bailey brings over a decade of high-level management experience and a strong foundation in clinical administration, including years in client-centered scheduling and communications at a local mental health group practice. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a deep heart for the mental health field, Bailey prioritizes clear and compassionate communication when interacting with practice clients receiving mental healthcare services.
At Eagleview Collaborative, Bailey specializes in new client intakes, verification of insurance benefits, claims billing, and client invoicing — maintaining a 1–2 business day turnaround on new intakes and weekly billing for claims and invoicing. She also supports medical record workflows and system migration projects for practices transitioning into or optimizing their EHR setup. Looking ahead, she may continue on the path of her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, with a particular interest in supporting First Nations and Native American populations.
Corey is currently pursuing his degree to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Driven by a passion for direct clinical support, he brings both the operational and the human sides of mental healthcare to his work every day. He knows that the accurate and timely payment for services is the backbone to profitable and sustainable private practice.
Corey operates with comprehensive knowledge of administrative and billing workflows, with over five years of experience across both medical and mental health practice domains. His background includes extensive expertise in claims payment management, giving him specialized command of maintaining timely and accurate insurance payment processing for the mental health practices we support in Washington State.
Corey coordinates the detailed, high-stakes work of diagnosing exactly why claims are denying and working with the insurance companies to get the claims processed with accurate payments. He is particularly skilled at payment reconciliation, achieving a 98% average timely payment turnaround. He clears unpaid claim backlogs for incoming practices and manages high-volume projects in short timeframes. Corey spends hours on the phone with insurance plans every week — tracking, reprocessing, and finalizing claim payments — so that clinicians never have to.
In 2021, Sarah established Eagleview Collaborative with the mission of amplifying access to mental healthcare by empowering clinicians in private practice. Drawing on her expertise of insurance billing, bookkeeping, and business administration, she built a comprehensive suite of practice support services for mental health professionals in Washington State. She continues to develop service offerings available based on feedback from the clinicians the team works with. Sarah has her degree in accounting, and holds an Enrolled Agent license with the IRS to prepare tax returns, advise on tax matters, and represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Her perspective is anchored in years of experience supporting dozens of mental health clinicians build their private practice billing infrastructure so that clinicians are in control of their own insurance contracts and able to reach their financial goals without clinical burnout. Her belief is that when clinicians are freed from the complexity of billing and practice administration, more people in the community receive mental healthcare and clinicians commit to more self-care. Her approach is grounded in systems thinking and a genuine investment in the people she works with — operational collaboration, not transactional service.
Sarah leads the Eagleview Collaborative team of three dedicated full-time professionals, with her decision-making guided by the teams’ shared values of accountability, quality, trust, and connection. She manages strategic initiatives to expand on the fundamental work of community building and value creation in practice administration for mental health professionals.
